You are currently having one of the following two thoughts after looking at the photo above:

  1. OMG, that looks like such a wild time, I want to be in that pool partying with all of those people.
  1. That is so nasty, I will never enter that pool in my entire life.

As you can see, I am more inclined to react in the way of #1. As my first time, and probably last time in Vegas, me and the incredible friends who joined me to celebrate my 25th birthday was nothing short of absolutely epic. I won’t go into extreme detail because you know the rules (what happens in Vegas…) but I will let you in on a few Do’s and Don’ts I picked up on my weekend trip to the city of sin.

DO make your way to The Wet Republic Pool Party. It is an absolute blast and they always have some awesome DJ spinning. Arman Van Burren was playing the Saturday that we went. The drinks are very expensive, but it was worth it for the awesome time that we had.

DON’T spend your time waiting in line or paying an absurd amount of money to get into a club. Sad but true, a group of females are likely to get into the club for free (sorry boys). After bouncing around a few different clubs that were way too packed, we landed at Hakassan. There was virtually no line, Hardwell was spinning and there were a ton of people dancing and having a great time. I highly recommend spending one of your nights partying at this club.

DO finish up your night at Drai’s After Hours. They play a lot of good R&B and is less clubby than most other places in Vegas.

DON’T plan on taking an early flight or going to work the day after you get home from Vegas. You will regret the decision!

DO let loose, have a blast with your friends, and be careful!

Drai’s After Hours is a good spot for R&B and Hop Hop. I think its the only club in Las Vegas that does not have a guestlist. I agree with you that taking an early flight back from Vegas is not advisable. After a long weekend in Vegas I need to be rested enough to make it to the airport because Las Vegas kicks my butt every time I go.

I agree! It’s the perfect spot to break-free from all of the electronic music! And I also really liked how I didn’t need to be some fancy/important person to get in. It’s definitely more my speed, and I found myself back there both nights I was in Vegas! Vegas kicked my butt so bad I’m not sure if I can ever go back…haha. Thanks so much for the comment. If I ever make it back to Vegas, I’ll be sure to drop by and say hi! 🙂
