I was inspired to write this particular gift guide when my mom asked me “what do you want for Christmas this year?” I literally can’t think of a single thing that I truly need. I don’t want any more stuff. The only things I really want in my life are experiences and services that will better my life and my personal growth/development. I think there are a lot of other travelers out there who feel the same way as me – who don’t want more STUFF in their life. They already have the suitcases they like. They already have the backpacks and bags they like. They have all of the toiletry bags, packing cubes, and camera gear they could want. So what do you get a traveler who doesn’t want stuff? Don’t worry, I’ve got a list of 10 gifts for travelers who don’t want STUFF this holiday season!
Below I’ve outlined experiences, subscriptions, and memberships to some of my favorite services that have helped me, inspired me, connected me to other travelers, made traveler easier, made me a better traveler, or just straight up provided amazing entertainment for me while on my travels. I know you’ll find something perfect on this list!

5. Audible Subscription
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, an Audible subscription is one of my favorite subscriptions EVER and especially as a traveler. You can read the full reason on why I think an Audible subscription is worth it for travelers – but basically, I think it’s the best form of educational entertainment out there and also encourages you to read/listen to more books than you might usually have time for. On a single flight/layover or trip you can listen to several books…I mean, what an amazing use of your time, #amirite?!
